LMC Named a 2023 Best Firms to Work For by Accounting Today

LMC is honored to announce that for the first time, the firm has been named one of the 2023 Best Firms to Work For by the publication, Accounting Today. The annual prestigious list recognizes the top 100 accounting firms in the country.

As quoted in AccountingToday, “The 2023 Best Firms to Work For, are finding new ways to encourage and empower staff at a time when talent is an especially valuable resource.”

Many firms from across the United States entered the two-part survey process to determine the 2023 Best Accounting Firms to Work For. The survey evaluates each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. It also asks employees to measure their experiences. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.

This is the first time LMC has ranked in the prestigious annual list, and we are very excited to share this recognition. We are especially proud of the exceptional culture maintained within the firm.
