LMC Continues Staff Appreciation Events

Thanks to our amazing team at LMC we’ve moved past another tax deadline. LMC leadership is extremely proud of our remarkable team for their commitment to the firm and to our clients, and acknowledges their tremendous efforts.

In the beginning of April, the firm invited Dylan’s Candy Bar to set up a sweet shop in our board room, where all staff members were invited to enjoy from a mouthwatering assortment of sweet choices.

Best of Luck! The firm set up a fun scratch-off bar in the second week of April, where everyone had the opportunity to try their luck from a variety of NY State Lottery scratch-off games.

Bring Your Kids to Work Day! 

In the last week of April, LMC hosted a themed all-day event for Bring Your Kids to Work Day. The exciting event was very well received by all the kids that attended. In addition, our employees had a fun time getting to know everyone’s children. The event was open to not only employees’ children, but nieces/nephews, grandchildren and brothers/sisters were all invited.

The fun filled day included face painting, multiple arts and crafts projects, games, balloon animals, an entertaining magic show, pizza lunch, cotton candy and an enjoyable educational segment.

It was a great pleasure to have hosted many in office events throughout busy season, which allowed our team to take well-deserved breaks and socialize. Building a strong team culture, where everyone is valued and respected, is critical to the success of the firm.
