LMC Employee Events

August 26, 2024

LMC is immensely proud of our exceptional employees for their commitment to the firm and our clients. LMC staff participated in the following events this past month:

LMC Third Quarterly Renewal

On Thursday, August 15th, LMC hosted its third Quarterly Renewal meeting, focusing on our key initiatives and exciting future plans.

We reflected on recent successes, discussed our strategic goals, and highlighted our new partnership with Goldglit & Company LLP. The Renewal also featured an interactive Q&A session led by members of the leadership team, employees participated in two LMC Gives Back community service projects, and a delicious lunch was served. In addition, two employees were chosen to select a non-profit charity focused on a cause they care about and LMC made a $500 charitable contribution to each of the charities on their behalf.

LMC Gives Back Day Service Projects

On the afternoon of Thursday, August 15th, LMC team members participated in our third company-wide LMC Gives Back Day. Giving back is a core value for us at LMC, and it helps strengthen our community bonds in a fun and productive way.

On this special day, we were excited to partner with WeHero for two volunteer projects: Skate Like A Girl and Noteworthy. Our staff had a wonderful time bonding and working as a team to put together skateboards and musical instruments.

Skate Like A Girl is an organization that helps empower young kids, specifically young women by providing skateboards to empower them to grow into confident leaders.

Noteworthy is an organization that provides musical instruments for individuals with developmental disabilities/mental wellbeing needs.

LMC Gives Back Day was filled with teamwork, compassion, and a shared commitment to making our community brighter. Together, we can create a lasting and meaningful difference in our communities.

LMC & Goldglit & Company LLP Celebration

On August 1st, LMC employees gathered for a champagne toast to celebrate the new exciting partnership with Goldglit & Company LLP (view press release here). The event featured inspiring speeches from LMC President Thomas Procida, CPA and Art Practice Partner Steven Goldglit, CPA, leaving everyone enthusiastic about achieving LMC’s and Goldglit & Company LLP’s joint dream of building the premier firm for art galleries and artists.
