Welcome Recent LMC Hires

LMC would like to welcome our recent new hires! We are thrilled to introduce our new employees and excited to have the following people join our growing team:

Jordan Alexander – Family Office Senior Analyst

Jordan joins LMC with 3 years of experience in portfolio management and investment banking. Most recently, she was an Investment Banking Analyst at one of the world’s largest financial institutions. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Economics and Law from the University of New England in Australia and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from James Madison University.

Duane Bellamy – CFO, LM CFO + CAS

Duane brings over 20 years of accounting and finance experience to LMC. Most recently, he served as a Senior Finance Manager. Duane has extensive experience in the consumer goods industry. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and his MBA from Rutgers University.

Jennifer Colonna – Family Office Business Manager

Jennifer joins LMC with over 10 years of client service experience. Most recently, she served as a Family Office Manager. Throughout her career, Jennifer has built deep expertise in client service and family office operations. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Hunter College.

Jourdan Farrell, CPA – Family Office Business & Tax Manager

Jourdan brings 12 years of tax and accounting experience to LMC. Most recently, he served as an Internal Revenue Agent at the IRS. Prior to that, he worked at various CPA firms with a focus on high-net-worth individuals. Jourdan earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University at Albany and is a licensed CPA in New York.

Jack Fenster – Tax Senior

Jack joins LMC with 4 years of tax experience. Most recently, he worked as a Tax Senior in the Real Estate department at a major regional accounting firm. Jack earned his Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in 2021.

Manny Garcia – On-Site IT Support

Manny brings over 15 years of IT experience to LMC. He has provided technical support across a variety of professional services environments, with a focus on enhancing user experience and operational efficiency. At LMC, Manny will serve as the primary on-site IT support resource for all users.

Allen Li – Tax Staff

Allen brings 8 years of tax experience to LMC. Most recently, he worked in the Private Client Service group at a national accounting firm. Allen earned his BBA in Accounting from Baruch College in 2016.

Meenakshi Sarda, CA, CPA – Tax Manager

Meenakshi joins LMC with 13 years of tax and accounting experience. Most recently, she worked on the Private Wealth Tax team at a national accounting firm. Prior to that, she began her career in Mumbai, India, and later transitioned to a Big 4 firm, specializing in corporate tax and high net worth individuals. Meenakshi holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University and is both a CPA and Chartered Accountant (CA).
