Welcome LMC Recent Hires

LMC would like to welcome our recent new hires! We are thrilled to introduce our new employees and excited to have the following people join our growing team:

Frank Blasucci, CPA
Frank brings over 25 years of experience to his role as a Senior Manager in the Audit Department. His extensive background includes working with clients in manufacturing, healthcare, non-profit, hospitality, and real estate sectors, managing audits, reviews, and compilations. Frank holds a BS in Accounting from St. John’s University and is a licensed CPA in New York.

Jenna Buquicchio
Jenna, our new Tax Staff member, has gained practical accounting skills through 2 years of internship experience, preparing tax returns. She holds both a BS and a Master of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University, graduating with her master’s degree in May 2024.

Tamara Chang
Tamara Chang has joined LMC as a Tax Senior, bringing with her 7.5 years of specialized experience in tax returns for real estate clients, including residential, commercial and development companies. Prior to joining LMC, Tamara held various roles in private and public accounting. She holds a BS in Accounting from D’Youville University.

Nate Lee
As a new CFO in the CFO/CAS department, Nate brings 5 years of experience in CFO Advisory, Private Equity, and Investment Banking roles. He has a strong track record in financial management and strategic planning. Nate holds a BS in Policy Analysis and Management with a minor in Business from Cornell University.

Kyle Solomon
Kyle joined LMC as a Summer Audit Intern. He recently graduated with a BS in Accounting from Rowan University and is currently pursuing his MBA at Rowan, further enhancing his expertise in financial management and audit practices.

Meghann Smith
With 5 years of experience in financial advisory roles, Meghann joins us as a Family Office Senior Analyst. She has a strong background in managing family office services and financial planning. Meghann earned her BS in Business Economics from SUNY Oneonta and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University at Albany.
