Suyesh Acharya

Suyesh Acharya is the Director of Business Operations at LMC. In this role, he collaborates closely with the firm’s Chief Growth Officer to drive strategic initiatives, improve operational performance, and support the execution of LMC’s growth objectives.

Prior to joining LMC, Suyesh built a cross-functional career spanning business operations, strategy, and finance across both global enterprises and high-growth startups.  Most recently, he worked at Bank of America in the Chief of Staff Office, where he supported strategic planning and business operations initiatives. Prior to that, he worked as an Investment Banking Associate and held business operations and strategy roles at RQM+, a private equity-backed medical device consulting firm.

At LMC, Suyesh helps lead efforts in operational excellence, growth strategy, P&L management, and KPI performance. He also supports the firm’s mergers and acquisitions activities, including due diligence and integration, while partnering with teams across executive leadership, business development, and billing to drive continued growth.

Outside of work, Suyesh enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
