He began his career at a major accounting firm and integrated his firm, Stephen A. Kepniss & Associates, P.C., with LMC in July 2025.

Richard’s clients include multi-generational families, real estate developers, private equity and hedge fund professionals, and executives across both private and public sectors. He works closely with clients to navigate complex financial landscapes and uncover proactive planning opportunities.
