Gus Molina

AUDIT MANAGER

After working in a variety of industries, from not for profit to financial services, Gus joined LMC’s audit and assurance department in 2019. As a supervisor, his responsibilities include conducting audits, reviews and compilations and preparing financial statements. Gus also is crucial in mentoring staff accountants and interns.

Gus is passionate about helping people, which motivates him to support the variety of LMC clients he is involved with, and to assist them in reaching their financial goals. Gus focuses on clients in a variety of industries including art galleries, consumer products, not for profit and retail. He enjoys the team collaboration and work culture within the firm and the open interaction between his peers and management.

Gus enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing, and spending time with friends and family. He is a member of LMC’s event planning committee and has helped lead and organize multiple firm events.

It takes a strong amount of effort to complete the immense amount of work we are tasked with. However, there is an outstanding level of teamwork and things become easier since we collaborate as a group. The firm also emphasizes that each person on the team serves a vital purpose and role. You really feel the teamwork.
