Duane Bellamy

Duane Bellamy brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience across the beauty, apparel, media, and consumer goods industries. Throughout his career, he has held senior finance positions at leading organizations, including L’Oréal USA, Versace USA, Movado Group, Korres USA Cosmetics, Paramount, and Chantecaille Beauté. At LMC, Duane provides fractional CFO and strategic financial advisory services, helping businesses strengthen their financial operations, improve profitability, and make informed decisions that support long-term growth.  

His expertise includes financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, financial modeling, and performance optimization. Duane works closely with clients to develop scalable financial processes, identify opportunities for operational improvement, and provide actionable insights that drive business performance. He also brings extensive experience in M&A due diligence, fundraising, investor relations, and executive reporting.  

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Duane serves on the Advisory Board of Pace University’s Lubin School of Business and is actively involved in professional organizations supporting business leadership and development.
