Dave Laureano, CPA

Dave began his career in public accounting, where he focused on nonprofits and internal controls. He then served as Controller for a global nonprofit supporting entrepreneurship through operational services and venture investment. Driven by a passion for innovation, Dave transitioned to a blockchain-enabled NFT startup as Controller, where he oversaw financial operations in the emerging digital art space. Most recently, prior to joining LMC, he was Director of Finance at a global entertainment production studio.

At LMC, Dave serves as a fractional CFO, partnering with founders and executives to scale their businesses. He focuses on optimizing financial operations, leading M&A initiatives, and developing forward-looking forecasts and dashboards to inform strategic decisions.

Dave is passionate about helping clients scale effectively by modernizing financial processes. He leverages technology to streamline operations and free up accounting and finance teams to focus on high-impact, value-added work.
