As LMC’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Brandon brings to the firm more than 11 years of professional Human Resources experience, specifically in the accounting industry. Brandon leads the HR department and works closely with the firm’s partners and the management team to create and implement all of the firm’s HR policies.
Brandon’s impressive professional background gives him the expertise to plan, lead, develop and manage the firm’s HR policies and initiatives, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations and retention. Brandon’s novel strategies have created innovative and positive changes to the culture of the firm.
Outside of the office, Brandon enjoys spending time with his friends, family, and two dogs.
