Allison brings forth over 7 years of experience in the accounting industry, in which she specializes in recruitment and talent acquisition for the firm as Senior Recruiter. Allison started her career in tax consulting at a Big 4 firm, before transitioning her career path into recruiting.

Allison’s leads LMC’s talent acquisition efforts by planning the firm’s campus recruiting initiatives, screening applications, interviewing candidates to ensure an enjoyable process, and developing the strategic career path of each employee through the firm’s innovative training model. She spearheads seamless onboarding for new team members and ensures they are welcomed into the firm.

Her recruiting efforts have helped develop a diverse and talented team at LMC, which has built exceptional camaraderie. Outside of the office, Allison enjoys trying new restaurants and exercising.
