Best Companies to Work for in New York Award Ceremony

The firm was extremely excited when the New York State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management, together with the Best Companies Group, named LMC one of the Best Companies to Work for in New York State.

Best Companies to Work for in New York identifies, recognizes and honors the best places of employment in New York State by managing a strict registration and survey process. They analyze the data provided, and use their expertise to determine the final rankings. Rankings are based on each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices and demographics, as well as an employee survey that measures the overall employee experience.

On Wednesday, April 19th, 2023 an award ceremony was hosted in Albany, NY for all the winning companies to network and celebrate their recognition as a Best Company to Work for in New York. LMC Partner, Thomas Procida, CPA and Senior Audit Manager, Nick Grgas had the pleasure of attending the event on behalf of the firm to accept the award. Along with the award ceremony recognition, the firm was featured in the Rochester Business Journal’s magazine, which highlights the winning companies.
