Kristina R. Arcuri

Kristina is the Firm Administrator for LMC’s Long Island office. In this role, she oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, helping support internal teams, streamline processes, and create an efficient environment that enables the firm to provide exceptional client service.

Prior to joining LMC, Kristina spent 18 years with Ives, Sultan & Spike CPAs, where she served as Office Manager and worked closely with Ricky Spike to support the firm’s daily operations, staff, and continued growth. Her experience has provided her with a strong foundation in office administration and operational management within the public accounting profession.

At LMC, Kristina works closely with the Long Island team to support office operations and foster a collaborative, organized workplace. She is committed to helping the office grow while supporting both clients and colleagues with a high level of service.

Outside of work, Kristina enjoys distance running and has set a personal goal of completing 50 marathons in all 50 states before turning 50.
