What does your day-to-day look like?
Every business has its own story, and behind the numbers is where we help bring that story to life. Our CFO services are designed to give business owners and executive teams more than just reports—we turn financial data into clear insights that support smarter decisions.
Some days, that means helping a client regain stability after a key team member leaves. Other days, it’s about creating forecasting tools, refining KPIs, or building reporting packages that are clear, practical, and tailored to decision-makers. We help clients develop tailor made dashboards that efficiently deliver crucial financial information to business owners on a regular basis.
Every project brings a different perspective, but the mission stays the same: giving our clients clarity, confidence, and the financial guidance they need.

Working closely with LMC’s Tax, Audit, and Family Office teams, we bring integrated, practical solutions and a shared drive to help clients succeed.
What have been the biggest accomplishments of the team?
Our biggest accomplishment is knowing we’re a trusted partner for our clients, not just an outside service.
We are proud to guide clients through major financial transitions—scaling, restructuring, or preparing for key transactions.
We are especially proud of the long-term relationships we have built. Many of our clients see us as a core part of their team. Being a trusted part of their leadership team and providing peace of mind during critical moments is what we are most proud of.
What are your growth plans for LM CFO + CAS?
We’re seeing more and more businesses turn to us for CFO + CAS support. We are expanding our team and investing in new tools and processes—especially in financial reporting and forecasting – to ensure we continue to deliver the highest standard of service.
