LMC Quarterly Renewal

LMC recently hosted its second Renewal Meeting of 2025. This gathering brought our team together to highlight key initiatives and share exciting plans for the year ahead.

We reflected on the successful integration with Stephen A. Kepniss & Associates, P.C., explored growth and office culture initiatives, and discussed important operational updates. Breakout groups also participated in a team-building activity focused on effective communication and process improvement.

LMC Gives Back Day

LMC team members came together for our fifth company-wide LMC Gives Back Day—a tradition that reflects our deep commitment to service and community engagement.

We partnered with City Harvest, New York City’s largest food rescue organization, whose mission is to feed neighbors in need while reducing food waste. Thanks to our team’s efforts, City Harvest will be able to provide food for more than 6,000 families across the city!

LMC Golf Simulator Outing

LMC team members recently came together for a team-building outing at Five Iron Golf, a golf simulator venue in Manhattan. The event featured an introductory golf lesson, giving team members the opportunity to learn the basics, connect with colleagues, and enjoy a fun new experience together.
