Introducing Aiwyn: LMC’s New Online Payment Platform

We’re excited to introduce Aiwyn, our new online payment platform, which enhances efficiency and simplifies the invoice payment process. Below is a guide on how to navigate the payment process, in addition to a helpful overview video of the LMC Client Payment Portal.

 

How to Pay Your Invoice

You will receive an email sent from our LMC billing email address, [email protected], that includes your invoice summary and a PDF attachment of the full invoice that can be saved for your records.



Click the “Pay Invoice” button in the email to be taken directly to the payment portal—no login required (how to create an account listed below).

 

How to Create an Account

Creating an account unlocks a range of valuable benefits, including the ability to link multiple accounts for easy account management, easy access to payment history, an option to seamlessly set up recurring auto-payments, securely save payment details for future use, and the convenience of paying multiple invoices at once.

 

1. Once inside the LMC Client Payment Portal, click “Create an Account” and set up your login credentials.

2. Check your email for a verification link and confirm your email address.

3. Once verified, log in to your account to access the features mentioned above.

4. To link multiple accounts, select “Add an Account” from the drop-down menu under your name in the upper right corner. If you prefer, please contact the LMC billing team at [email protected] and we would be happy to link them for you.

 

Payment Options

  • Pay via bank transfer by linking your bank account or entering your routing and account number.
  • Pay by credit card (note: a 3.25% processing fee applies).
  • After entering payment details, provide your email address to receive a confirmation receipt.

 

Alternative Payment Options Outside of Aiwyn

  • If you prefer not to process payment through the Aiwyn platform, we also accept payments via check, QuickPay/Zelle, wire transfer, and Bill.com.
