Nate Lee

Nate began his career in investment banking, focusing on M&A for consumer and retail companies, before moving into private equity to work on complex carve-outs for middle-market businesses. In recent years, he served as fractional CFO to high-growth consumer brands, supporting financial operations, equity raises, and strategy development. At LMC, Nate partners with founders and executives to scale their businesses by optimizing financial operations, raising capital, and refining channel strategies.  

His passion lies in helping clients link operations with finance to drive impactful growth. Nate’s experience working with businesses of every stage and scale allows him to drive strategic, tangible results for his clients.  

Outside of LMC, Nate enjoys live music, skiing, table tennis, and cheering on his hometown Boston sports teams.
